Here I plan to share some of my songwriting methods, including how to reverse engineer your favorite songs to make your own. Not only will your songs have some of the same polish as your templates, but they will sound unique, since you will still be using your own "voice."
Since July 2013 I have made over 25 original songs alone as Urban Spaceman, and with Christopher Partellow of Art School Dropouts as The Silver Salamanders. In addition I have about 10 cover songs in various phases of completion. If you follow some of my forthcoming tips, perhaps you can kick your songwriting technique and volume up a notch.
